As a co-founder of Level Up Kids Sports and Arts, Jared is dedicated to building a community where children thrive in their skills and their faith. He is a Principal of AltaView Advisors, where he specializes in complex financial valuations for closely held companies and investment entities. He is a devoted husband to Susan and a proud father to Luke, Levi, Lincoln, and Jasmine, with his oldest boys having participated in several Level Up programs.

Jared has personally invested in the lives of many young athletes as a coach for several teams, and he has loved watching the organization’s incredible growth. His favorite memory is the opportunity to meet new families and kids from the community each season, and he is expectant for what God has in store as the program continues to expand.

Fun Fact: Jared is known for his signature conditioning station at practices; while it may start with a few groans, his players always grow to love the challenge by the end of the season!
